LaKiss Pugh is a mission-driven entrepreneur with decades of hands-on experience in real estate development, construction, and generational wealth coaching. As the founder of Kiss Platinum Development Inc. and co-founder of both Platinum Development, Inc. and Pugh & Thomas Enterprise LLC, her career has been rooted in helping first-generation wealth builders thrive.
LaKiss began her real estate journey in the late ’80s when her godfather introduced her to Carleton Sheets’ “No Money Down” program. This spark led her to purchase her first property and laid the foundation for what would become a lifelong calling helping others own, invest, and build.
From cleaning foreclosed properties to flipping homes and house-sitting for insight into architecture and staging, LaKiss embraced every opportunity to learn and grow. With humility and hustle, she climbed into construction and earned her Class A Commercial Driver’s License and Heavy Equipment certification becoming a uniquely hands-on real estate developer.
